- Interpretation and reporting of test results.
- Provide advice to consultants or users of laboratory.
- To participate in Clinico path meetings, rounds etc.
- To prepare SOP’s and follow standard guidelines for reporting.
- To ensure satisfactory results of internal quality control as well as external quality assurance programme.
- To analyze quality control data, statistical data or any other trends in quality control data. To ensure
- proper corrective actions in case of any deviation or outliers noticed.
- To validate & release the reports.
- To ensure timely reporting so as to maintain turn around time as per TAT policy
- To work in coordination with other consultants, Quality manger & director for smooth implementation of QMS in laboratory.
- To supervise the work of technical staff.
- To impart training to staff.
