- Conducting Induction /Orientation for new employees & preparing the report for every month.
- Maintaining employee personal files and general files.
- To assist the manager/HOD in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions.
- Renewal of terms of contractual appointment, Residents/Senior Doctors.
- Handling all the queried of the new joinees related to medical, joining etc.
- To take down dictation, typing and preparing notes/drafts as given by the Head- HR.
- To attend all the visitors wishing to meet Head- HR.
- To attend the telephonic calls.
- Recruitment:-
- Identify the competencies required
- Job Description & Job profiles.
- Identify the source of hiring
- Scheduling the Interviews
- Employee offer/appointment letters
- Coordinate the interview with the respective department and if selected;
- Complete the documentation
- Operations:-
- Joining formalities
- Handling employees database (both in soft form & file management)
- Confirmation, Extension, Performance Appraisals.
- To provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the organization’s policies & procedures.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by HOD/Management time to time.
