  2. Maintaining employee personal files and general files.
  3. To assist the manager/HOD in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions.
  4. Renewal of terms of contractual appointment, Residents/Senior Doctors.
  5. Handling all the queried of the new joinees related to medical, joining etc.
  6. To take down dictation, typing and preparing notes/drafts as given by the Head- HR.
  7. To attend all the visitors wishing to meet Head- HR.
  8. To attend the telephonic calls.
  9. Recruitment:-
  1. Identify the competencies required
  2. Job Description & Job profiles.
  3. Identify the source of hiring
  4. Scheduling the Interviews
  5. Employee offer/appointment letters
  6. Coordinate the interview with the respective department and if selected;
  7. Complete the documentation
  1. Operations:-
  1. Joining formalities
  2. Handling employees database (both in soft form & file management)
  3. Confirmation, Extension, Performance Appraisals.
  4. To provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the organization’s policies & procedures.
  1. Any other responsibilities assigned by HOD/Management time to time.
